What do we offer that other start-up indie studios don't? In a word: clarity. We meticulously keep track of the contributions of each of our members so that we can fairly reward everyone's effort. Rather than deciding what everyone is owed at the end, we know at all times exactly how much each member is entitled to. We still have an informal culture, we are all gamers ourselves, after all. But, our business side won't leave you grasping for answers. We thought that part all out.
